In addition, our quality systems are designed to guarantee traceability and efficient product recall with drills implemented on a regular basis.

Quality Assurance

  • Food Quality and Safety Policy LAMDA ltd undertakes to implement a Quality Management System (QMS) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) according to the requirements of ISO 22000 and British Retail Consortium (BRC) respectively, the mandatory Regulations 852/2004 and 853/2004 of the EU, all regulatory provisions governing the slaughtering and heat treatment of poultry meat, as well as all optional hygiene guides of E.F.E.T (Hellenic Food Authority) and Greek Legislation, and continue to implement all of the above as they are being modified and evolving. We hold the following certifications: BRCGS - EN ISO 22000:2018 - HALAL CERTIFICATE.
  • Biochemical Lab LAMDA operates its own in-premise laboratory where biochemical analyses are carried out daily by specialized personnel to ensure product safety and monitor quality. In addition to that, we collaborate with external laboratories for sample comparisons, calibrations as well as specialised tests.
