Quality Assurance

  • Food Quality and Safety Policy LAMDA Ltd undertakes to implement a Quality Management System (QMS) and a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 22000 and the British Retail Consortium (BRC) respectively, the mandatory EU Regulations 852/2004 and 853/2004, all relevant regulatory provisions governing the slaughtering and heat treatment of poultry meat, as well as all optional hygiene guides issued by E.F.E.T (Hellenic Food Authority) and Greek legislation. The company remains committed to maintaining and updating its compliance as these standards and regulations evolve.

  • Biochemical Lab LAMDA operates its own in-premise laboratory where biochemical analyses are carried out daily by specialized personnel to ensure product safety and monitor quality. In addition to that, we collaborate with external laboratories for sample comparisons, calibrations as well as specialised tests.
