We are proud to be your trusted partner in the frozen and cooked poultry food market, an industry which has been our passion for 5 decades.
LAMDA’s operations are centred in Ioannina, one of the main hubs of Greek poultry. Continuous renovations and expansions have managed to accommodate the ever-growing needs of the company and customer demands.
LAMDA is comprised of one Slaughterhouse Plant, one Cooking Plant and a set of Cold Stores. All these are situated inside a 37000m2 complex near the city of Ioannina, Greece.
In our state-of-the-art cooking facility our hens are boiled in a simple, direct and traditional way, having eliminated any need for extra processing or additives and completely refraining from practices of adding moisture to our products.
All production lines conform to all HACCP standards for food safety and production flow that allow for safety and high quality of products.
Our factory is ideally situated in the city of Ioannina, one of the main poultry production areas of Greece. The city is well connected via port to Italy, allowing for efficient transportation to Central Europe. Furthermore, an elaborate network of motorway connections allow for short transportation times of livestock from all over mainland Greece, as well as from neighbouring Balkan countries.
